Free Wi-Fi at Starbucks!

Iphone user's thought the Wi-Fi in Starbucks is pretty cool, but that you have to pay for it was pretty annoying. Finally there is a light at the end of the dark tunnel, AT&T users all over the US are receiving text messages from AT&T confirming that free Starbucks Wi-Fi.Now we just need to hope that it will come to Europe... :D.

Toshiba ultra small Flash Chips

The Flash Chips are getting smaller and smaller, Toshiba brings out the "43-nanometer SLC NAND". Toshiba brings out variations between 512Mbits to 64Gbits, with a trio of (16Gb, 32Gb and 64Gb) integrating 43nm monolithic 16Gb chips, "the highest density SLC NAND chips available." Toshiba hopes with this moves, to bring a whole new era to the mobil phone industry.

Microsoft's new OS

It is official Microsoft is wondering on a new OS called Windows Azure, which is going to come out along Windows 7. The OS is apparently just one part of Microsoft's bigger Azure cloud computer platform. It will include Live services, .NET services,SQL services among with serious other things. Apple said it, in the new Software Upgrade is Street View included. This will be pretty helpful for us cityfolk ;D. But as always Apple had spent no word when it's going to arrive on the market... The SDK users can already download it.
