The Flash Chips are getting smaller and smaller, Toshiba brings out the "43-nanometer SLC NAND". Toshiba brings out variations between 512Mbits to 64Gbits, with a trio of (16Gb, 32Gb and 64Gb) integrating 43nm monolithic 16Gb chips, "the highest density SLC NAND chips available." Toshiba hopes with this moves, to bring a whole new era to the mobil phone industry.
