ST. PAUL, Minn. -- A 12-year-old girl used Facebook and an internet-enabled iPod to report a sexual assault by her mother's ex-boyfriend.
The girl told police she was home with Raymond Cesmat after her mother left for the night to stay over at her new boyfriend's house.reported by A PAKISTAN TIMES
The girl's mother and Cesmat had split up, but continued to rent the home together.
According to a criminal complaint, Cesmat entered the girl's room and tried to pull off her pants.
She was able to beat him off rushed to her iPod and found Facebook to find help.
But before help arrived, she said Cesmat returned to the room. This time, he sexually assaulted her.
